Jatoba spent two days in a cabin in the middle of northern Vermont in February, armed with nothing but instruments, recording gear, food and no cell phones (although we did have PBR).
What we had in mind was to record a handful of songs, mix them and release them somehow to all of you, for free. What you are about to "witness" is a result from that weekend and although it isn't perfect we feel it should be shared. We have included 7 mp3's, a handful of videos from that weekend, liner notes about the recordings and the "cover" art drawn by Chelsea Cary. We wanted to be able to give you something unique and memorable, for this was a unique and memorable weekend for Jatoba. Enjoy and much love!
